Web Developer Lead Programmer
Duties and Responsibilities
• Write code in a variety of platforms ( Smart Phones, Blackberry, Iphone, Centos) and as may be assigned for the project.
• Work with game designer to be guided on the plan and architecture of the project GUI.
• Develop prototype for approval.
• Document all coding initiatives.
• Perform changes in the coding as may be required in the review of the prototype.
• Participate in communities online to understand markets.
• Manage team assigning work deliverables.
• Act as lead person with an understanding the final product.
Skills and Specifications
• 3-5 years of working experience with programming technologies
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
• Programming experience with Java and/or other languages
• Strong sense of game design for usability and great user experience
• Familiarity of mobile and/or social networking technologies is a plus
• Previous startup skills preferred
• Backend middle and GUI understanding all in OOP.
Education and Qualifications
• A college degree in Computer Science or Computer Technology or related field with focus on programming.
• Training in the required programming language as required (Java, Flash, CGI, HTML5, etc.)
Marketing Lead
• MBA in Marketing ideally with emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field
• Diverse understanding of small businesses operations and types
• Knowledge business analytics
• Strong understanding of search engine-friendly web design and ability to make critical design and technical recommendations
• 2+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Experience working with small/medium businesses
• Desire to explain, teach, coach, and generally educate our customers to use our tools to achieve meaningful results for themselves over the long-term.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources

Duties
• Follow up leads and keep contact with customers potential and their requirements
• Communicate needs requiments and develop client solutions
• Discover and handle concerns from customers;
• Arrange a number of status reports, for example activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals;
• Catch new opportunities, special developments for products and services, collect information as well as feedback thanks to field activity and then coordinate
with proper staff of the company;
• Make action plans and schedules to discover certain goals and to make a list of necessary contacts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals stemming from field activity;
• Make preparations of presentations, proposals and sales contracts;
• Establish and maintain materials relating to sales and knowledge of current products;
• Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers as well;
• Make preparations of paperwork to put services of the contract into practice and maintain them;
• Take part in events to market the products such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events;
• Follow-up on payments as required;
• Arrange dates and delivery of final product;
• Supply of direct and detailed training to new sales staff;
• Guide and support company employees to achieve the work required to sell products;
• Establish and deploy special sales activities;
• Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
• Prior sales experience in Finance and or Contracts
• Understanding of computer technology
• BA or MBA
